They keep taking down my negative review. If you need proof that my awful experience was real, I can show you all the emails I sent them without a single reply. Here’s my original review:

Order mix-up and unhelpful management
They really messed up my order. I wanted a special desktop. They called me at least four times to confirm everything was correct. Each time, I spoke to a different person, and they all asked the same questions. Yet, they still got it wrong. I found out when my order finally showed up five weeks later. I sent an email detailing the issues and told them to check the invoice (which had the right info). I waited a few days, but no response, so I called again and had to explain everything from scratch! Then a guy told me they would fix the desktop and pick up the wrong one in two weeks. Two weeks went by, and I got an email saying the collection was set, but no delivery??? One of the managers was shocked because she didn’t realize I had ordered a replacement desktop. They kept passing me around until I finally got to their top manager.

Communication is terrible. On top of that, I’ve been waiting for my standing mats for 11 weeks. For some reason, they don’t always respond to emails. I had to call them to get any answers. The top manager was super rude when I asked about the mats. 'We’re out of stock, okay?' he snapped at me. Like it was my fault they can’t read their own invoices. His colleague had told me they could redo the order in two weeks. That top manager claimed it would take 4-5 weeks and asked how I could prove his colleague said two weeks. How could I prove it? They don’t reply to emails; you either call them or they call you. Next time, I’m recording all the calls.

Anyway, aside from being unbelievably rude, he sent me an email where HE HIMSELF typed that the mats would arrive in two weeks. It’s been five weeks since that email. No mats, no replies, no apologies. One mat finally showed up after 15 weeks since I placed the order. I’m still waiting for the second one, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath. This company operates like a bunch of kids. No management skills, no communication, and nobody knows what the others are doing.

The installation team is fantastic and polite. But their managers? They lack any trading skills. And that top manager? Just a jerk who can’t even speak nicely. He makes promises and doesn’t follow through.

I got a sit/stand desk for my home from this company a few months back, and it’s still performing great (single motor). I chose what I thought was the best option on their site, then gave them a ring. They helped me figure out what I needed and confirmed it was indeed their top pick for my situation. The delivery was quick via truck. The desk itself is quite heavy and a tad tricky to assemble, even with two folks, but it’s doable. It’s really useful to have your own tools, especially since you have to screw parts into a composite desktop instead of wood. But once it’s set up, it’s fantastic. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but they didn’t seem to match this quality.

Placing an order with Furniturise went well, but the delivery was pricey and just plain awful. The driver was disrespectful and dumped the pallet on the sidewalk in a bustling area.

The company provided decent service, but the courier's performance was lacking. The driver dropped off the pallet at our doorstep and mentioned it was our job to unpack and bring everything inside. That was a first for us! The items were quite heavy (a desk), and we had a tough time with it. He did lend a hand when we requested, but I really thought they would bring the stuff into the building.

Great quick phone support. Putting the desk together was quite a task. I really ought to have opted for the assembly service.

They got back to me super quick about my question and shipped out the necessary parts immediately.

So, the chair didn’t quite work out for me, but Ryan was super cool about the return and refund—no fuss at all. They’ve got a showroom with stuff on display, and I’d say it’s worth checking out before you make a purchase. The quality of what they offer is really impressive.

Awesome service with a personal touch. They really know their stuff and provide excellent follow-up care.

This desk is fantastic! Super simple to put together and really user-friendly. The after-sales support is top-notch. However, the delivery was slower than expected, and the driver seemed in a hurry to leave, not as accommodating as I would’ve liked.

I got a desk that was a good deal and really well made, especially compared to others I saw online. Plus, it was the only one with a smaller depth! The support team was fantastic too. I had a little issue with the desk size, but the crew handled it quickly and swapped it out without any hassle. I’d totally recommend this company and their stuff.

The delivery was a tad slow, and the courier left the palette behind instead of getting rid of it.

This is a great item overall, but I was let down by the extra desktop we got with the frame. It was a generic one, and the fixing holes didn’t match up with what we needed.
